We design and produce unique, tailor-made water-blocking and other textile solutions based on customers’ technical requirements.
We operate exclusively with renewable energy generated by our own mini-hydroelectric power station, supplying all our manufacturing, cutting, and warehouse facilities. This system helps us optimize energy efficiency and strengthen our industrial sustainability. As part of our continuous improvement plan, we will replace all lighting systems with LED technology within the next year to further reduce electricity consumption.

Our manufacturing relies on low-waste technologies that minimize
environmental impact and promote industrial sustainability. Juan
Gili S.L. implements a certified waste and packaging recycling
system that includes sorting, reuse, and proper disposal, in
compliance with Spanish environmental regulations.
We also reduce paper use through digitalization and an integrated
business management software to improve efficiency and
sustainability.
Sourcing sustainable raw materials is a key part of our environmental strategy. All our suppliers hold ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management and most are certified with ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management standards. Every material used in our manufacturing process is free from child labor and complies with CLP regulations, ensuring it is non-hazardous to health or the environment.
